We offer 2 types of container insulation kits and a pallet cover.
The Container Bubble Liner is designed with an air bubble system: waterproof and airtight, and the only effective solution for thermal protection of maritime containers.
The Woven Fabric Liner is an inner bag designed to prevent the growth of moisture. This type of Liner offers the best protection for goods that are sensitive to temperature fluctuations.
The Pallet Cover is made of polyethylene bubble film: it is durable, light and easy to use. It is often used for consolidated freight and air freight, as well as for protecting pallets in containers or storage.
De Container Bubble Liner
- Offered in 2 variants: Bubble Liner 100 or 200
- Available in a standard 5-sided version (floor insulation on request)
- Food: does not contain toxic substances such as heavy metals, chlorine, sulphurous substances, etc. Free from silicone
- Durable and easy to use: does not crumble, no need for protective equipment to handle and adaptable to all kinds of supports
- Thermal control: protects goods against sudden temperature variations
- Waterproof and airtight: protects goods against climatic elements (rain, wind...), against pests (rodents, insects...) and against solvents.
De Woven Fabric Liner
- Available with 5 sides or 6 sides (with floor insulation)
- Composed of an inner cotton wool sheath and an outer sheath of reinforced aluminum with a woven fabric and multiple layers of PE
- Innovative fastening system with ties integrated into the ropes passing through each upper lashing: use of double-sided adhesive tape is no longer necessary
- Highly resistant magnet system to perfectly tension the liner in a container
- Best protection for goods sensitive to temperature changes (wine and spirits, baby food/food, processed dairy products, electronic materials, mineral water, etc.).
The Pallet Cover
- Eco-friendly mono-material and 100% recyclable
- Cover with 5 panels: 1220 x 822 x 2100cm (lxwxh)
- Composed of sturdy polyethylene bubble film (100µm) and an exterior of high-quality metallic polyethylene
- Particularly effective for stacked cargo or air freight
- Often used to protect goods during transport on pallets in containers or for protecting pallets during storage, especially for products that are sensitive to temperature influences.
